The broadcaster will be facilitating the international comingling of wagering B-pools via PGI, which is owned by Tabcorp.

The Abu Dhabi Thoroughbred (ADT) racing contest launched on December 4 for the HH Sheikh Mansoor Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Racing Festival. This contest featured a Group 1 Crown which was won by the horse ‘First Class.’

The ADT has a growing portfolio that gives users in North America access to thoroughbred racing from race tracks in Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Japan, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Malaysia, South Africa and Argentina.

The next Abu Dhabi event will take place on December 8, with additional races before the year's end taking place on the 15th and 22nd.

North American bettors will have their choice of wagering bet type offers that allow them to get into the action using their preferred advance-deposit wager (ADW). These bet types include beWin, Place, Exacta, Daily Double, Trifecta, Superfecta, Pick 3 and Pick 4.

Sky Racing World CEO David Haslett commented: “It’s with great pleasure that we announce the simulcast of Abu Dhabi Thoroughbred racing to North American punters.

With this exciting addition, SRW is continuing its goal of offering users a wide variety of quality international horse racing products to experience at all times of the day.”

All races will be livestreamed on the Sky Racing World app, on the Sky Racing World site and on all major ADW platforms.

This announcement follows Sky Racing’s addition of Malaysian Thoroughbred racing to its content portfolio, back in October.
