Mexico City Exacta the place to be for Malta-based recruitment firm
By Tim Poole

The iGaming recruitment agency, which also specialises in M&A consultancy, is based in Malta but is looking to expand its presence in the Americas – both North America and LatAm markets.

In so doing, Exacta aims to assist operators within this region to "fill all staffing requirements" – including those at C-level.

Exacta Commercial Director and Co-Founder Anthony Hennessy has temporarily relocated to Mexico to oversee the company's entry into the area.

Hennessy said: “Since we launched our agency in 2019, Exacta Solutions has carved a name for itself as a specialised and trusted recruitment specialist that offers clients a truly consultative approach to all their recruitment needs.

"As we enter the burgeoning Northern and LatAm markets, we remain committed to representing the highest calibre of candidates with specialised backgrounds in all of iGaming’s niches.”

Meanwhile, Hennessy's business partner and Managing Director of Exacta, Chris Vella, added: "Building on our recent success in Bulgaria, we are excited to be expanding our operations into the American markets.

"It's no coincidence that we have chosen Mexico as the start of our entry into the Northern and LatAm markets. All signs point to tremendous growth here with many world-leading betting operators already looking to establish themselves in the country."

Further iGaming expansion within Latin America took place this week, with Rush Street Interactive opening two new offices in Colombia.

Latin American gambling is seeing a golden period of growth, as evidenced in many financial reports across the globe, while LatAm bettors will still hold huge interest in the World Cup – with Lionel Messi's Argentina contesting the final this Sunday.
