The CMS will allow visitors to the Potawatomi Casino Hotel Carter to use advanced gaming opportunities and a rewards programme linked to its sister establishment at the Potawatomi Casino Hotel in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

IGT Advantage includes modules for customer administration, machine accounting, cage and table accounting, and operator-configurable bonusing awards and offers. Floor manager, a cloud-based tool for downloading and setting slot content, will also be part of the Potawatomi implementation.

Recently, IGT and Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel announced a multi-year agreement to increase IGT's presence in New Mexico for sports betting.
