Altenar bolsters LatAm presence with Ganaplay deal
By Matthew Nicholson

Ganaplay has stated that it ‘anticipates a boost in popularity with the aid of Altenar’s sportsbook offering, as well as greatly boosting its retail presence.’

Altenar will provide Ganaplay with its software, which the latter will use across the Central American and LatAm markets – which it has been operating in for over 15 years.

Commenting on the deal, Vasileios Michail, Junior Account Manager at Altenar, said: “We want to help our partners to achieve their goals and provide countless players with high levels of engagement, and the adaptable nature of our solutions allow us to do just that.”

Meanwhile, Andres Felipe Clavijo, CEO at Ganaplay, added: “We are thrilled to announce a deal with Altenar to offer our award-winning product to the LatAm markets.”

Altenar has been pushing its operations hard in the LatAm market in recent times and has expanded through various partnerships in the region as it looks to gain a stronger foothold in the burgeoning market.

For instance, the news comes shortly after Altenar announced a partnership with Mexican operator Winpot, where Altenar will similarly provide its platform in both an online and retail capacity.

Angelos Stravelas, Account Manager at Altenar, said of the Winpot deal: “To extend our footprint within Mexico is a real coup for us and with Winpot having over 15 years’ experience in the region, they will be able to showcase our sportsbook to maximum effect.”
