This agreement encompasses the US market. Additionally, the UK Family Fortunes IP is included in this partnership.

Edo Haitin, Playtech Live's CEO, expressed his enthusiasm for this collaboration, stating: “This partnership with Fremantle is a game-changer. By integrating the iconic Family Feud franchise into our offerings, we are bridging the worlds of game show entertainment and online gaming, promising our users an immersive experience.

"I’m thrilled that we could partner with Fremantle to bring the legendary Family Feud to the gaming world. Our vision at Playtech Live is to always deliver the best possible entertainment experience and this collaboration underscores that commitment.”

Erica Gadecki, Fremantle's SVP Partnership Solutions, sees this partnership as a means of delivering unique entertainment and expanding into the interactive entertainment landscape.

In a recent H1 2023 report for Playtech Live, it shows a five-year high in revenue, totalling €859.6m ($902m), an 8% increase from H1 2022. Additional highlights include a 10% rise in adjusted EBITDA from continuing operations compared to H1 2022.

However, despite these gains, Playtech's post-tax profit for H1 2023 decreased by 96% to €3.1m, primarily due to a significant €79.8m investment in Hard Rock Digital during H1 2023, in exchange for a minority ownership stake.

In Q1 2023, Playtech reported steady growth in both B2B and B2C divisions. Playtech also extended its software licence agreement with Buzz Bingo until 2031.
