EveryMatrix announces 1,000th employee & new Bucharest HQ
By Will Underwood

EveryMatrix has announced the hire of its 1,000th employee, alongside a new office in Bucharest.

The complex will hold 400+ of the 1,000 employees, with work beginning back in 2022, constructed in collaboration with Strabag Real Estate.

The office is complete with an in-house gym, pool, spa, roof-garden and other additional amenities spread across the six floors. In an eco-driven effort to encourage employees to switch away from fossil-fueled transport, a free electric car charging port is also on offer for every employee.

Indeed, alongside the opening of its new office, EveryMatrix has announced the hire of its 1,000th employee.

EveryMatrix CEO Ebbe Groes said: “Building our own HQ has been very exciting but equally involved a great deal of work. This is our first purpose-built office here, so its opening, combined with our 1000th employee, represents a special moment in our 16-year history. We are continually investing in the development of the business and its culture from both ethe well-being of our employees and to future-proof EveryMatrix, and I know from speaking to many of the teams here that it ticks all the boxes for our colleagues’ happiness.”

Constructed with climate in mind, the development of the office utilised sustainable building practices – including meeting the LEED 4V Gold green certification standards – to ensure minimal human health and environmental risk. The office will now serve as a base from which EveryMatrix can run its operations, extending to its further employees across 13 countries in total, as well as the 300+ clients it caters to.

The opening of its new HQ comes after the recent announcement of EveryMatrix’s 2023 financial results, which revealed growth in all its business segments during Q3 – alongside a 75% net revenue increase year-on-year.
