Oulala setting its sights on the Latin American market

asy football start-up Oulala has revealed it plan to target football clubs and i-gaming operators in Latin America, starting with Argentinean football clubs.

Although DFS has had most growth in the US, the vertical has begun to take off in other continents, including Europe. Oulala, a European DFS company, will be looking to capitalise on this momentum by introducing its version of the game to another part of the world famed for its love of football.

Oulala will target Brazil, Argentina, Colombia and Mexico, all known for their football passion, with Argentina being the first market on the target list. Boca Juniors, River Plate, San Lorenzo de Almagro, Racing Club, Club Atlético Independiente and Rosario Central are some of the Argentinean football clubs being introduced to Oulala.

''Fantasy sports are unregulated in Argentina, and the country has a huge fantasy sports fan base for football. An estimated 90% of Argentines consider themselves fans of a football club, making it a hotspot for DFS.'' said Argentine entrepreneur Sebastian Pino, who will assist Oulala carve a niche in the market.

Oulala's CEO Valery Bollier commented: ''LATAM markets are incredibly competitive, with very few operators, so I think that our interactive platform with live in-play features is a perfect alternative for Daily Fantasy Football fans.”
