By Gambling Insider
ators William Hill have launched a live casino app for iPad.

Based on the firm’s existing live casino product, the app allows customers to play a selection of games in Mayfair-style casinos.

The product, which covers roulette, blackjack, casino hold’em and baccarat, sees players join a real dealer at a real-life table, all of which can be viewed via a TV-quality picture.

Bets are placed with a few taps of the touchscreen, while customers can also interact with dealers and fellow players.

The app offers a choice of game views, including full screen, while the game layout can be switched between horizontal and vertical.

Hills’ live casino offering now employs over 60 dealers across 25 blackjack tables, seven roulette tables, three baccarat tables and two casino hold’em tables.

William Hill director of mobile Juergen Reutter said: “Live casino has upped the ante in online gaming. This is the closest you can get to playing in a real casino while still being in the comfort of your own home.

“We have worked meticulously on making this an exceptional experience and are delighted to now offer this app to our customers on the world’s most desirable tablet device.”
