Ladbrokes launches omni-channel wallet service across the UK

rokes has announced the launch of a new omni-channel wallet service that is set to go live across its network of more than 3,500 betting shops in the UK.

Facilitated by the firm’s ‘The Grid’ loyalty card and retail mobile application, it will enable customers to access their online account single wallet across all Ladbrokes retail products, in addition to making deposits.

Darren Calvia, Head of Omni-Channel Product at Ladbrokes Coral commented: “Customer convenience is at the heart of everything we do, and we are proud that the Ladbrokes omni-wallet is now the industry leading omni-channel solution.”

The solution will be available over-the-counter, on gaming machines and on self-service betting terminals in Ladbrokes shops.

Customers will have the option to collect winning instantly in cash or add them to their omni-wallet, as well as the ability to deposit and withdraw funds from their omni-wallet at Ladbrokes stores.

In addition, the omni-wallet features various responsible gambling mechanisms, including the option to control and monitor spend and deposit levels.
