Isle of Man Post Office have launched a new website.

The improved iompost.com boasts “a sleeker look and feel”, simpler navigation, increased interactivity and a “responsive design” for mobile devices.

The updated offering is part of the IoM Post Office’s strategic plan to “meet the needs of customers in an increasingly digital market” both domestically and internationally.

The new site includes a media centre area for press information, a dedicated online shop, the ability to order currency online and access to business services, as well as a range of other online tools.

Isle of Man Post Office commercial director Lisa Duckworth said: “The business has really embraced the opportunity to connect across digital channels and offer a much greater variety of services and content online.

“We feel one of the greatest benefits of the new website is the improved presentation of the wide range of services and products offered, increasing uptake through higher conversion rates and a better user experience via online channels.”
