Robert Miodunski appointed as Integrity Gaming CEO steps down
By Oliver Rudgewick

Robert Miodunski has taken the role of CEO on an interim basis, while Integrity searches for a permanent replacement. Miodunski is a veteran gaming executive. He was former Chairman and CEO of AGS, LLC  and President and CEO of Alliance Gaming Corporation, the predecessor to Bally Technologies which is now Scientific Games Corp.

“I can’t imagine a better person than Bob to transition the company into new leadership. We are lucky to have him,” said Integrity's Chair David Danziger.

Integrity Gaming is a regional slot route operator with about 2,700 gaming machines in operation across 30 casinos in Oklahoma and Texas.  The company primarily derives its revenue from short- and long-term revenue share contracts with Native American casinos.

It provides gaming equipment such as slot machines and electronic table games, and project financing to owners, operators, and managers of casinos and other regulated gaming venues.  In March, Integrity said it had signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Lightning Gaming to install slot machines in its core market of Oklahoma. The agreement covered five Oklahoma casinos.
