Revenue continues to rise at Ohio casinos

The four casinos in the state are shared between Penn National and Jack Entertainment, who each own two casinos.

At Hollywood Casino Toledo, revenue increased 3% to $16.7 million last month; up from $16.2m. At Hollywood Casino Columbus, the Toledo gaming house’s sister property, revenue totalled $18.4m, up 1% from $18.2m. Both casinos are owned by Penn.  

Jack Cincinnati Casino recorded the highest revenue increase for the month, as revenue was up 15% from $15.4m to $17.7m. At the Jack Cleveland Casino, revenue was up 4%% to $17.5m.

State-wide revenue totals through the first eight months were $560.4m, up 2%, with all four casinos recording year-on-year growth for the year to date.
