Baldwin is currently Chief Customer Development Officer, as well as CEO and President of CityCenter, an urban complex on the Las Vegas Strip.

However, the 68-year-old will step down from both roles this year.

Baldwin has been a long-time servant at MGM Resorts, following a career as a professional poker player that led him to winning the 1978 World Series of Poker Main Event.

Baldwin was the youngest ever Main Event champion in history.
