NetEnt issued with Pennsylvania license
By Nathan Joyes

The company has been issued with a conditional license which allows NetEnt to operate in Pennsylvania’s regulated online casino market.

NetEnt has customer agreements in place with numerous gambling operators within the state, as the company awaits an official opening date from the PGCB.

Last month, the supplier was granted a license in New Jersey and announced a deal with Parx Casino in Pennsylvania.

NetEnt had previously been providing its games in New Jersey since 2015 under a transactional waiver from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, while its application for a full license remained under review.

The company also recently announced its full-year revenue rose 9% year-on-year to SEK 1.7bn ($192m) for 2018.

Erik Nyman, Managing Director of NetEnt Americas, said: "We are very pleased to be in the first round of approved vendors to conduct online gaming in Pennsylvania. This fits well with our strategy to be live with our products at the first day of market opening."
