Intralot seals New Hampshire Lottery sports betting deal
By Owain Flanders

Governor Chris Sununu signed legislation in July authorising the New Hampshire Lottery to offer sports betting, allowing as many as 10 physical sportsbook locations, along with mobile sports betting.

Through the extension, the operator will offer sports betting at over 1,300 lottery retailers in the state, beginning early next year.

Nikos Nikolakopoulos, Intralot Group Deputy CEO, said: “Intralot has delivered lottery products and solutions to the New Hampshire Lottery Commission since it became a customer of ours in 2010.

“We look forward to continue working together with the Lottery to maximize sales growth and ensure increased returns in a socially responsible way for the State and its citizens.”

DraftKings received approval for a similar sports betting deal earlier this week, through which the lottery will receive 50% of gaming revenue from the operator’s sports betting sales.

Intralot also has a sports betting contract with the District of Columbia, reportedly worth $215m.

Through the controversial no-bid agreement, Intralot will power the D.C. Lottery’s sports betting offering, also estimated to go live in early 2020.
