KPMG announced as Global Gaming Awards 2014 official voting adjudicator
By Gareth Bracken
Global Gaming Awards are pleased to confirm one of the world's biggest corporate advisory firms KPMG Gibraltar as an official partner.

The Global Gaming Awards are a set of industry awards which recognise and reward the best companies worldwide, bringing together an increasingly convergent land and digital gaming industry. The genuine independence of the awards is ensured by the use of nomination and judging panels, the latter comprising fifty of the industry's top executives.

Part of this strategy of independence and transparency involved finding a third party who could validate the awards’ voting system and its accuracy. The Global Gaming Awards are delighted that KPMG has agreed to perform this role.

Archie Watt of KPMG Advisory Ltd Gibraltar said: "The Global Gaming Awards are a unique concept and one that we are sure will be replicated in other industry sectors. Our experience in adjudicating awards and the Global Gaming Awards’ openness in asking us to verify the whole voting process gave us the incentive we needed to put our name to the concept."

The shortlisted companies have already been notified and will be celebrated as the best companies in the industry in the Global Gaming Awards 2014 Shortlist magazine to be published next month.
