Sports betting rise continues in final NJ report of 2019

Sports betting revenue was down slightly month-on-month from November's $32.9m, however.

The results for the year-end total gaming revenue for 2019 saw a 20% increase, to $3.47bn, with sports wagering revenue totalling $299.4m in the first full year of regulated sports betting in the state.

Internet gaming win for the year rose to $482.7m , an increase of 62%.

Casino win saw a 7% increase, to $2.69bn.

Resorts Digital made the biggest improvement year-on-year, both percentage-wise and in terms of raw figures.

The company saw its revenue rise from $75.7m to $179.7m, due to the growth in mobile sports betting. Resorts is partnered with DraftKings.
