Scientific Games to sponsor Property of the Year at Global Gaming Awards Las Vegas
By Tim Poole

The Awards, in their seventh year but going virtual for the first time due to the COVID-19-enforced cancellation of G2E 2020, will see companies battle it out across 12 categories.

Last year's Property of the Year Award was won by The Venetian Macao, with Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa triumphing in 2018.

A stalwart within the gaming sector, Scientific Games supplies products across land-based, online, casino, sports betting and lottery gaming, only this week signing a new deal with the National Lottery in the Netherlands.

Gambling Insider COO Julian Perry said: “Scientific Games is synonymous with the US gaming industry and we are proud to welcome the supplier as an Awards sponsor once again.

"As a multiple winner at the Global Gaming Awards over the years, Scientific Games knows how fair and thorough our judging process is and its continued sponsorship speaks to the prestige of the ceremony."

Scientific Games joins a stellar list of already-confirmed sponsors, including IGT, Aristocrat, Connective Games, Continent 8, Global Payments and Synergy Blue, with more to be unveiled.

Among the confirmed members of our Judging Panel helping decide this year’s Awards are: Carsten Koerl, CEO, Sportradar, Michael Dejong, SVP, Wynn Las Vegas, Christian Stuart, head of Caesars Sports & Online Gaming, John Connelly, global CEO, Interblock and many more.

The Awards are powered by Gambling Insider and Gaming America, in association with G2E, with BetConstruct returning as Lead Partner of the Awards for the fourth time.

The Awards are independently adjudicated by KPMG, while the full list of nominees will be announced in September in our Shortlist magazine.
