Het bod bedraagt SEK 695 per aandeel in contanten, maar vertegenwoordigt inmiddels een korting van bijna 6 procent ten opzichte van de recente beurskoers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Korting op de beurskoers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.evolution.com\/investors\/financial-publications\/press-releases\/statement-by-the-board-of-directors-of-evolution-ab-publ-regarding-the-mandatory-cash-offer-from-candle-lake-limited\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">verklaring<\/a> maandag zet het bestuur uiteen waarom het de geboden prijs als ontoereikend beschouwt. De beoordeling is gebaseerd op de huidige beurskoers, de strategische en financi\u00eble positie van het bedrijf en de verwachte toekomstige groei. De acceptatieperiode liep op 17 augustus van start en eindigt naar verwachting rond 15 september. Candle Lake gaf aan dat het bod puur voortkomt uit die wettelijke biedplicht en geen poging is om alle uitstaande aandelen te verwerven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Geen grote veranderingen verwacht<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Candle Lake heeft aangegeven geen materi\u00eble wijzigingen te plannen in de bedrijfsstrategie, operationele locaties of het management van Evolution.
