vative virtual sports developer Golden Race has received confirmation of certification from the National Gambling Agency of Romania (ONJN). The Malta-based company believes that the recently reformed gambling regulations in Romania will allow it to become the biggest supplier of virtual games in that region.

Shortly after securing the first Class 4 licence for a virtual gaming company from the Malta Gaming Authority, Golden Race has now been granted a Class 2 licence in Romania.

Golden Race CEO, Martin Wachter says: “We have fantastic ongoing partnerships with some large operators in Romania, and have worked closely with them to adapt our platform in line with licensing requirements to ensure they are able to use the best solutions available.”

Wachter remains optimistic about Golden Race’s future plans in Romania, with the ambition to “become the absolute market leader there, as we already are around the globe.

“There are many companies who have been waiting to work with the most successful virtual soccer operator in the world, and now we are licensed for the Romanian market we are happy to be able to provide exactly what they need,” he adds.
