IGT Launches First Cross-Platform Online Wide Area Progressive in the U.S.

International Game Technology PLC (“IGT”) (NYSE: IGT) today announced that the Company successfully launched the first cross-platform online Wide Area Progressive (“WAP”) product in the United States, IGT MegaJackpots®. Players in New Jersey can now vie for progressive jackpots playing IGT’s MegaJackpots games on the following gaming websites:

IGT PlayDigital™ introduced the MegaJackpots Slots family in New Jersey with two games, MegaJackpots Cleopatra® and MegaJackpots Siberian Storm® and has more games in the content roadmap to follow. The jackpot pool starts at a base amount of $500,000 that is seeded by IGT, and increases in value as players wager on the games.
