VSoftCo offers a wide selection of virtual sports products for retail and online customers worldwide, including Fantastic League, a pioneering virtual football game with richly detailed graphics and immersive sound design.

The deal marks Pragmatic Play’s second major corporate acquisition, having taken control of live casino provider Extreme Live Gaming from Novomatic Group in 2018.

Yossi Barzely, Chief Business Development Officer at Pragmatic Play, said: “We are very pleased to have completed this acquisition, an agreement that broadens our multi-product strategy and underlines our position as one of the iGaming industry’s premier and most forward-thinking providers.

“VSoftCo’s premier suite of virtual sports content speaks for itself, delivering a hugely popular array of products to operators all over the world, and we look forward to enhancing our offering to operators with their games and expertise via one single API.”

The acquisition follows Pragmatic Play’s recent announcement to unveil its multi-product portfolio at ICE 2019. In addition to its already renowned portfolio of over 100 HTML5 Slots, the company will showcase its state-of-the-art Live Casino and all-new Bingo products.

Pragmatic Play products are live with an expanding list of leading casino brands, including Pokerstars, Kindred, GVC Holdings and Casumo.
