GAN receives CSIE licence in the US

The Casino Service Industry Enterprise (CSIE) license will enable GAN to conduct regulated internet gaming business in the state of New Jersey.

The Casino Service Industry Enterprise licence was issued by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (NJDGE) following an initial application in 2013 and the successful completion of investigations into the company and its business background.

Dermot Smurfit, Chief Executive of GAN said: “GAN has been thoroughly and professionally investigated by the NJDGE and we welcome the grant of our first privileged gaming licence in the US.”

GAN already has an established business in Europe, licensing gaming content to operators including Bet365, Betfair PaddyPower, William Hill, Rank, Lottomatica, Sisal and SNAI.

It is listed on the ESM market of the Irish Stock Exchange and the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.

GAN have existing gaming partnerships with many casinos across the US and the company hopes to use this as a springboard to obtain further gaming licences in other US states.
