Better Collective makes first acquisition of 2018
Affiliate network Better Collective has made its first business acquisition of 2018, agreeing a ‘seven-figure’ acquisition of Finnish affiliate network Premium Administration OU.
Better Collective were heavily active in the M&A arena during 2017, agreeing eight other acquisitions during last year with affiliates in a number of key demographic and geographic areas.
Founded in 2014, Premium Administration operates a casino and sports betting affiliate in the Finnish online gambling market. As a part of the deal, Better Collective will take over ownership of several sites, including kasinosankarit.com and vastaveto.com.
Issuing a statement concerning the acquisition, Jesper Søgaard, Better Collective CEO & Co-Founder said: “After eight successful acquisitions in 2017, Premium Administration OU marks our first acquisition of 2018. This is a prime example of how we are using our long term M&A strategy to help us to further strengthen our position on the top of the iGaming European affiliate market.
