Casino Del Sol offers first NFL Cross Game Matchup in Arizona

The new sportsbook offering from Casino Del Sol will allow it to offer players over 450 games to place wagers on, instead of the usual 12-15, throughout the season.

The new NFL Cross Game Matchup allows bettors the opportunity to bet on any team playing in any game week, regardless of which teams are playing which.

The idea of the Cross Game Matchup came from Casino Del Sol’s Director of Sportsbook, John Collins, who said of the new betting system: “With football prop bets being the most popular among sportsbook players, I knew a wager like this would appeal to our visitors.

“While analytical players will dissect probabilities within each event, fantasy football players will use skills to try and handicap cross-game matchups. After testing the method within our trading team, we are excited to roll this out to the public.”

The new sportsbook offering from Casino Del Sol comes soon after it was approved by the Arizona Division of Gaming, a year after the first sportsbooks in the state began offering players betting opportunities.

Meanwhile, the NFL recently announced it had appointed its first executive dedicated to overseeing sports betting for the league.

David Highhill was named as the VP and General Manager of Sports Betting, and said of nis new remit: “It’s a growing market, it’s grown a lot in the last three or four seasons. What’s ahead is the exciting part of the opportunity.”
