Optx has partnered with Red Hawk Casino in California’s El Dorado County, adding the destination to its portfolio.

Per the deal, Red Hawk will install Optx’s Player Development, Player Connect, Player Development AI, Slots and Slots AI solution to its products. 

Optx’s solutions will offer Red Hawk a data-driven co-pilot, providing operational functionality across multiple casino departments. 

Co-CEO of Optx, Brooke Fiumara, said:Optx’s AI features distill raw data into actionable insights and recommendations. Partnering with Optx will allow Red Hawk Casino to optimise its casino floor with continuous slot change recommendations and visualisations leading to increased revenue opportunities and guest satisfaction.

Red Hawk General Manager Bryan deLugo added: “We needed to connect all of our casino departments with a modern and powerful tool, and the innovative Optx solutions provides that and more.

Data intelligence used by Optx is available via desktop and mobile applications.  

The supplier’s Optx platform has been nominated for the Land-Based Product of the Year Award at the prestigious Global Gaming Awards Las Vegas.

The Optx platform was nominated for its ability to simplify complex digital processes and streamline operational efficiency. 

The distinguished Global Gaming Awards Las Vegas is scheduled to take place on 10 October, at a ceremony preceding the much-anticipated G2E Las Vegas.
