Skywind makes “several changes” at Intouch Games, following internal review
Gambling Insider understands that supplier Intouch Games, which was recently acquired by Skywind Group, has let upwards of 50 employees go – following a review of the business.
In a statement sent to Gambling Insider, Skywind confirmed it has undergone a review, stating: “Following the acquisition of Intouch Games earlier this year by Skywind, we have completed a review of the business, which has resulted in several changes being made to improve current working practices and efficiencies which, among others, includes changes to the Customer Service Team.
“The company is very much focused on future growth moving forward and is committed to developing a first-class team and business that delivers the highest levels of quality and performance.”
In addition, Intouch Games was required to instruct a firm of independent auditors to carry out an audit that ensures full compliance with the Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice.
Skywind gained access to the brand’s “unique games” through the deal and the 500 employees based in the UK, Cyprus, Romania, Vietnam and Taiwan.
