Scientific Games wins public tender to provide El Salvador lottery with games
Scientific Games has won a public tender offer to become the exclusive instant game provider to Lotería Nacional de Beneficencia de El Salvador.
The supplier has been providing El Salvador’s national lottery with online games since 2017, and says it has helped drive revenue at the lottery operator – increasing proceeds for public health, education and social programmes.
Scientific Games titles available on the El Salvador lottery include Mascotas, Safari, Dinero al Instante and Tragamonedas.
President of the National Lottery of El Salvador, Javier Milian, said: “We appreciate Scientific Games’ support to improve our instant lottery business, helping us grow 40% last year and achieving an accumulated growth of nearly 400% in the last five years.
“We look forward to continuing game portfolio innovation for the benefit of charitable causes in El Salvador.”
Per the new contract, Scientific Games will develop new products for El Salvador’s lottery, increasing its instant games portfolio.
The supplier’s new games for LatAm-based partners are produced at its facility in Santiago, Chile – one of its five major production facilities across the globe.

Scientific Games already supplies several national lottery operators in LatAm, including Belize, Chile, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Mexico, Panama, Peru and Uruguay.
