OPTX is a casino intelligence agency that provides end-to-end solutions on slots, marketing, player development and artificial intelligence.

The platform OPTX provides also aims to eliminate inefficiencies by enhancing the best possible practices to support casino operations.

Muckleshoot Casino will use OPTX in all of its departments to simplify casino operational processes. This will be done by gathering and analysing player data, and presenting it in a clear way.

The insights can then be used to strategise the casino’s plans in regards to customer retention and satisfaction rates.

Muckleshoot Casino is based in Auburn, Washington, and was established in 1995. It is owned and operated by the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe.

The Muckleshoot tribe has used some of the revenue from the Muckleshoot Casino to reacquire land around the reservation, and to support numerous welfare and education programmes for their people.
