Parimatch has entered into multi-year partnership as Manchester United’s official betting partner for parts of Asia and the MENA region.

Manchester United has welcomed in Parimatch as its new official betting partner across some of Asia, the Middle East and North Africa. 

The burgeoning partnership will mean Parimatch’s branding will be visible on the LED hoardings at every of United’s home matches at Old Trafford. 

This arrangement will begin immediately, starting with the football club’s first Premier League match of the new season on 17 August. 

Away from the matches themselves, Parimatch will be facilitating a number of exciting club experiences for fans.  

Serge Portnov, CEO of Parimatch said: “This partnership goes beyond business; it’s about joining forces with a club that commands respect across Asia and MENA. We build bridges where others see barriers. Together with Manchester United, we’re not just reaching fans – we’re creating experiences that will define how football partnerships should work.” 

Good to know: The Enforcement Directorate in India has recently frozen Rs 110 crore (US$12.6m) held in mule accounts after nationwide raids reportedly linked to Parimatch 

Parimatch has a history of involvement with English football clubs and is currently a sleeve sponsor and official betting partner of Leeds United, where it is also running a series of local-focused fan engagement initiatives. 

The fan rewards on offer as part of this new sponsorship mean that Manchester United supporters in Asia and the MENA region will have the chance to win VIP tickets, among other benefits. 

Marc Armstrong, Chief Business Officer at Manchester United praised the announcement, saying: “Parimatch has an impressive record of working with leading sports organisations and we look forward to building a successful relationship that engages our fans in these key regions.” 

The deal is described as multi-year, though the full extent of the partnership is not detailed.
