Brian Dean performed dual roles while with the SKS365 Group from 2018 to 2024. During his tenure at SKS365 Group as CPO and later as COO, Dean spearheaded initiatives that enhanced employee performance and streamlined operational processes.

Dean began his professional career in 1988 as a Captain in the British Army, serving for eight years and honing his leadership and operational management skills. 

Following his military career, he transitioned to recruitment consultancy roles, including positions at Robert Walters and Randstad Financial and Professional, where he gained valuable expertise in talent acquisition and client relationship management.

In 1999, Dean joined CAPCO as Global Recruitment Manager, overseeing global hiring strategies and developing scalable recruitment frameworks. His success in this role paved the way for leadership positions in prominent organisations, including Barclays, where he served as Recruitment Manager and later as Network Area Director.  

Over six years at Barclays, he implemented recruitment strategies that aligned with the bank’s business goals and enhanced overall team performance. 

Additionally, his work at Barclays as Network Area Director involved managing high-performing teams, optimising recruitment processes, and driving business growth.

Dean further advanced his career at HSBC and Vodafone, holding senior resourcing roles that involved managing large-scale recruitment initiatives, streamlining hiring processes, and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion.

At Vodafone, he introduced talent-acquisition and resourcing strategies that strengthened the company’s global operations.

In 2014, he joined Anchura as a member of the Board of Directors, contributing to the company’s growth through strategic advisory and operational oversight. 

From 2018 to 2024, Dean held dual roles as CPO and COO at SKS365 Group. His strategic leadership drove employee engagement, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction, reinforcing SKS365’s position as a key European betting and gaming establishment. His tenure culminated in the company’s successful exit event. 

In January 2025, Dean was appointed CPO at Kambi. In this role, he oversaw talent acquisition, leadership development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee engagement across the company’s global operations.
