MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS

Off the back of his educational background in Radio Engineering, Belousov stepped into the world of business and steadily worked his way up the ranks. Before long, he was tackling managerial roles, with responsibilities that saw him leading large groups of team members and overseeing significant projects.

Belousov’s career has involved working for a range of companies, as well as founding and co-founding two of his own. His trajectory ultimately saw him being appointed as GR8 Tech’s CEO in January 2023.

EMPLOYMENT

After graduating from Zaporizhzhya National Technical University with a Masters in Computer and Radio Engineering in 2007, Belousov went on to work as a Lecturer at the university. He held the role for two years and nine months from September 2007 to May 2010.

Alongside his position as Lecturer, Belousov also worked at Ecommerce Inc. He began as a Technical Supervisor for the company before being promoted to the role of Senior Billing-Risk Manager a year and a half later. In total, Belousov stayed with the company for three and a half years before moving on in May 2010.

Belousov’s next role saw him as the Senior Product Manager of Easydate, a position that saw him responsible for managing and supervising a team of three managers and four developers. When the company rebranded to Cupid, Belousov moved up to the position of Senior Project Manager and Team Lead, a position that came with more responsibilities and more people under his command.

His strong performance in these roles ultimately saw Belousov jumping up the ranks again to become the Director of Billing and Analytics in January 2014. He held this position for just over a year, before stepping away in March 2015.

Immediately after, Belousov joined Noosphere as the Senior Project Manager and Team Leader, before being appointed as the company’s COO in July 2016. Belousov undertook this COO role for just shy of two years, before parting ways with the company in April 2018.

After founding a consultancy business, as well as co-founding an online advertising platform, Belousov was ultimately hired as the Chief Revenue Officer for Parimatch Tech in September 2019.

Off the back of his performance, Belousov was appointed as the Deputy CEO of the company in April 2022.

When the Parimatch company rebranded as GR8 Tech, Belousov took to the helm and became the CEO of the company in January 2023. He would hold this position for just over two years, before stepping back from the company. He was succeeded by Oleksandr Feshchenko, one of the Deputy CEOs.

At the time of writing, Belousov is working as an independent iGaming Advisor.

"It's LatAm definitely, but it would be, let's say, too general to say it's just LatAm. There are certain countries that we invest our time, energy and money from our shareholders. It's actually definitely Brazil, it's Peru, it's Chile and it's Colombia." Evgen Belousov

Interviews and public speeches

In January 2024, Belousov spoke with Gambling Insider about identifying growth opportunities and how suppliers aim to help iGaming operators break into the market.
