The deal will see AGS provide its gaming content to BetMGM’s entire casino gaming network, which includes BetMGM Casino, Borgata Online and partypoker. The three brands offer online casino content for mobile and desktops.

Commenting on the agreement, AGS executive vice president Matt Reback, said:  "This is an exciting development in the growth of our interactive business, giving us access to BetMGM's broad player reach and distribution of our engaging game content through the BetMGM, Borgata Online, and partypoker robust online casinos, which are live in New Jersey and will soon expand to Michigan, Pennsylvania, and other markets."

Last month, BetMGM launched Playtech casino games in New Jersey after signing a similar content agreement. The joint venture between MGM and GVC also recently formed a partnership with NetEnt for online casino in West Virginia.

In July, MGM Resorts and GVC confirmed they would be increasing their investment into Roar Digital, owner of the BetMGM brand. Shareholders committed to a second round of investment in the company totalling $450m. This followed the initial investment of $200m made in 2018.

Commenting in 2018, Jim Murren, chairman and CEO of MGM Resorts, said he expected the new venture to become the “instant leader in technology, market access, sports relationships and brands.”
