The agreement will allow partners that operate on FSB’s sportsbook and casino solution to benefit from Captain Up’s behavioural psychology and smart tools as well.

Captain Up can be useful to operators who wish to gain support with growth or user engagement, and through its tools, the company can launch targeted campaigns while also match rewards and bonuses within various categories and channels.

“It’s been a busy start to 2021 at FSB with new partners and new product integrations and we’re delighted this momentum continues on the back of our new agreement with Captain Up,” said head of product at FSB Shaan Balani. “Captain Up allows our partners to run highly targeted campaigns to different player categories to ensure the bonuses they receive are perfectly aligned with their playing preferences and patterns.

Uri Admon, CEO at Captain Up, added: “Captain Up is dedicated to maximising engagement, providing personal, gamified tools, analysing multiple data points, reacting with relevant feedback, supporting various KPIs and adhering to the dynamic regulatory guidelines in markets around the world. We’re excited to be offering our products to operators via FSB.”

The deal with Captain Up comes after FSB partnered with Incentive Games to provide its partners with different games.
