The long-time tech exec will join the global sports betting media group, leaving his current position as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at GAN Integrity, to bring his over two decades worth of experience in international, executive tech and business development to Better Collective.
“I have followed Better Collective from a distance for a number of years and have been impressed by what the company has achieved,” said Jensen.
“This is a great opportunity for me to contribute my tech management skills and experience in a company that continues to grow, expand and pursue global market leadership. I am confident that Better Collective will continue to thrive in the market and can’t wait to do my part to realise its potential.”
During his more than 20-year-long career, Jensen served as Technology Director for seven years at multinational media conglomerate Thomson Reuters, before then serving another seven-year period as CTO at data firm Sportradar.
In these positions, he established a solid track record for building IT organisations and driving IT strategies that effectively support business, with these qualities making him an especially attractive prospect to his new employer.
Among those at Better Collective to welcome Jensen aboard was the group’s CEO and Co-founder, Jesper Søgaard, who said: “Pablo is a perfect match for us and it’s a great pleasure to welcome him to Better Collective.
“In an industry that is developing rapidly with more and more markets opening for online sports betting, we want to continue offering products and solutions that wow our users.
“Throughout his career, Pablo has demonstrated the ability to successfully lead such an effort and I am confident he will be a valuable addition to our organisation.”
