Hybrid will appear as an integrated advisory service within the platform’s Spring back office, accessible to BetConstruct’s over 700 clients.
The consultancy firm, based in Armenia’s capital Yerevan, offers various services to iGaming brands, who will now be able to order them via the BetConstruct marketplace.
Hybrid’s available services include “VIP profit optimisation, KPIs benchmark workshops” and the “100% Customer Relationship Management (CRM) outsource.” These, the company claims, are “tailor made to fit BetConstruct’s technology.”
Hybrid’s VIP optimisation offering provides a review of a brand’s current player engagement efforts, as well as an analysis of its account management procedures, among other services.
The company’s KPIs benchmark, meanwhile, is designed to evaluate results and processes against industry best practices, and Hybrid’s 100% outsource is intended to help brands plan and execute their CRM strategies and routines.
What’s more, this latest development represents an expansion of BetConstruct and Hybrid’s existing relationship.
