Malvina Mikaelian has become GLI’s new Director of Engineering, while Kelly Myers will serve as Manager of Client Solutions.

Mikaelian is a long-time Gaming Labs employee. Her career at GLI began more than two decades ago when it opened a lab in South Africa.

In her new role, Mikaelian will lead the engineering team as it works alongside regulators, operators and suppliers to provide testing services.

“We are thrilled to promote Malvina to Director of Engineering. She has a proven record of success as an engineer, as a manager in developing engineers and delivering high-quality work,” said Sangeeta Reddy, GLI’s Vice President of Engineering.

“Her experience and knowledge continue to inspire her team members and illuminate GLI’s clients’ pathway in integrated compliance.”

Myers, meanwhile, joined GLI’s tribal and government services team as a client services representative last year.

Prior to this, she served as Compliance and Licensing Manager for the Cherokee Nation Gaming Commission, and Chair of the Oklahoma Tribal Regulators Association.

As Manager of Client Solutions, Myers will oversee the team that supports GLI’s state and tribal regulators in the US.

Kevin Mullally, Vice President of Government Relations & General Counsel at GLI, commented: “From day one, Kelly has been a true leader for our state and tribal client services team.

“Her experience in compliance and licensing enables her to approach clients with a deep understanding of their needs and issues. The client solutions team has benefited from her enthusiastic approach to helping our clients, her organisational skills and attention to detail.

“She is a talented speaker and a relentless professional who does not stop until our clients succeed.”
