Nuvei and GoldBet expand partnership to include more payment options

New payment methods available on GoldBet include leading provider Apple Pay, which Nuvei has integrated with its full-stack payments solution.

GoldBet has been partnered with Nuvei since 2020, gaining access to a localised cashier, solutions for improved payment acceptance and alternative payment methods.

GoldBet Managing Director for Betting and Digital Italy Alessandro Fiumara said: “We are thrilled to announce that we are extending our partnership with Nuvei to add more alternative payment methods to our online cashier.

“Being able to offer our players seamless deposits and withdrawals has been a critical factor in achieving our goal of having the best player experience in Italy. Since partnering with Nuvei, our revenues have grown significantly and we’re excited to continue this journey together.”

Nuvei Chair and CEO Philip Fayer added: “GoldBet is one of the leading gaming platforms in Italy because of its commitment to the player experience. Frictionless deposits and withdrawals, superior card acceptance rates, and a wide choice of preferred payment methods are all key.

“We continue to deliver payments services to the leading digital businesses across the globe. We work with these businesses to deliver a customised solution specific to their individual needs. This is how payments make the most significant impact on revenues and business growth.”

Recently, Nuvei launched a partnership deal with GAN to target growth in North American gaming markets. The pair have already started this process, teaming up for the launch of regulated iGaming in Ontario earlier this year.
