BMM Testlabs licensed to check casino gaming equipment for Nebraska

BMM Testlabs can now certify casino equipment for the Cornhusker State after receiving approval from Nebraska’s Racing and Gaming Commission.

The Midwestern market is BMM’s latest US jurisdiction, and comes only a few days after it received authorisation to test and certify sports gaming equipment for Ohio.

However, when compared to somewhere like Ohio, Nebraska is a considerably smaller market. Roughly two million people call the Cornhusker State home, and of those aged 21 or over, they may only gamble at Nebraska’s four Native American casinos.

But while the state does not necessarily possess a booming casino market, Nebraska is another notch in BMM’s belt when it comes to US expansion.

Travis Foley, BMM’s Chief Technology Officer and Executive VP for North America, expressed delight on behalf of the company regarding its Nebraska authorisation.

“BMM is very pleased to have been approved to provide testing services for casino gaming equipment in Nebraska,” he said.

“Melissa Shuba, Vice President Government Affairs, and Meagan DeMello, Regulatory Compliance Manager, have done an excellent job in assuring BMM is well-positioned to provide our clients access to new and emerging markets.”

Looking ahead, Foley continued: “We look forward to utilising our decades of experience to provide our expert testing services for Nebraska.

“We value our ongoing partnership with the Nebraska Racing and Gaming Commission, and would like to thank their staff for their continued cooperation and diligence during this process.”

BMM Testlabs is now accepting supplier submissions for testing and certifying casino gaming equipment in Nebraska.
