The latter party has tendered her resignation effective immediately to focus on “other business commitments and activities.” Concurrent to this, Clayton’s appointment was announced.
With a background in law, he has served as General Counsel and Company Secretary for several US-listed gaming companies, alongside acting more broadly as a gaming and corporate attorney.
From 2014 until earlier this year, he was Chair of law firm Greenberg Traurig’s global gaming practice. In this role, Clayton worked with clients such as Genting Berhad, Caesars Entertainment, Las Vegas Sands, 888 Holdings, DraftKings, Flutter and Entain.
He was also a member of the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) between 2005 and 2008, where he served as Chief of the Corporate Securities Division.
Currently, Clayton is as an independent member of the Palms Resort Casino compliance committee and has previously served on compliance committees for Caesars Entertainment and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

Clayton will sit on Bragg’s board alongside Paul Godfrey, Vice Chair Matevž Mazij, Paul Pathak, Rob Godfrey and Holly Gagnon.
