This introduces approved third-party services to GiG clients and is intended to streamline integration by leveraging a provider’s existing relationship with GiG.
As a result, Enteractive is hoping to reach a “new pool of clients” to whom it can provide customer reactivation and retention services.
Andrew Foster, Chief Business Officer at Enteractive, was excited to join GiG Marketplace. He commented: “Having worked closely with GiG’s partners in the past, we’re thrilled and honoured to be included in the GiG Marketplace for their platform clients.
“That our services are recognised by one of the main leaders in the iGaming industry is credit to all the hard work that our teams have put in to develop our unique retention services.
“We look forward to welcoming GiG’s many platform clients in the future.”
The company claims it can increase operators’ bottom-line revenue by elevating active player numbers. To achieve this, Enteractive maintains native speaking call agents to support iGaming brands worldwide.
Through these and other efforts, the company says it “reactivates more than 13,000 players per month” for a “variety of leading operators.” These include Betsson, Kindred and Kaizen Gaming, with whom Enteractive inked a deal in February.
“GiG has a long list of partnerships that we have with third-party providers,” said Martin Collins, Director of Sales and Business Development at GiG.
“With Enteractive, we know what a valuable resource they provide in retention and reactivation services, and we’re more than happy to recommend their services to our partners.”
