The deal will allow players from Mansion-owned brands Casino.com, MansionCasino and Slots Heaven to access live casino games directly from the Mayfair-based Les Ambassadeurs Club. Mansion members will play alongside Les Ambassadeurs’ patrons at Baccarat and Roulette tables.
Originally established in 1941 in Hanover Square, Les Ambassadeurs Club moved to its current Mayfair location in 1950. The members-only gambling club is considered one of London’s premier locations, and currently boasts members including high-profile sports, entertainment and finance figures.
The club was portrayed in the first James Bond feature, Dr. No, while two scenes from The Beatles’ 1964 A Hard Day’s Night film were shot at the establishment.
Mansion has over 18 years of gaming industry experience, with an international player base and a collection of online casino brands. The company’s portfolio is comprised of titles from several providers, ranging from live casino games to jackpot slots.
In March, Mansion ceased operations of its MansionBet sportsbook business as the company moved to fully focus on its casino brands.
The decision came after a detailed review of market conditions and the effect of UK sportsbook market regulations, with the company ultimately choosing to forgo its sportsbook business in what was a “difficult” decision.
The move affected MansionBet partner Bristol City Football Club, which was forced to draw a close to its sponsorship deal with the sportsbook platform.
