New affiliate website launches in New York

A new website, NYSafeBets.com, has been launched within the New York sports betting market.

The creators of the website say they have identified a need to provide the state’s sports betting fans with impartial reviews of legal wagering options, and to deliver expert advice that will help bettors safely participate in this new market.

Online sports betting went live in New York at the beginning of 2022 and has already become the largest market in the US, with a handle of over $9bn in the first seven months. However, due to the strict taxation policy, this has not translated to revenue.

The website will provide sports news, information and results, along with the latest odds, sportsbook reviews, promotions and opinions about all legal betting options for New York’s residents.

Luka Josic, Founder of NYSafeBets, commented: "NYSafeBets has been created to provide the most trusted source of powerful stories and smart analysis that enhance daily betting. Our goal is to offer the best sports betting website, filling the void for fans hungry for deeper sports analysis and coverage of New York teams.

"NYSafeBets.com will deliver a combination of breaking news, exclusive deep dives, and long reads into topics fans care about, as well as a range of betting tools, data, and odds. Making this information available to all bettors across NY State will equip our users with the knowledge and insights they need to get the most out of their online betting experience."
