After having registered with Canadian regulator Fintrac, Xace can directly target the Canadian gaming sector alongside the recent launch of the Ontario licence.

Xace now has numerous account options in iGaming as it is working on expanding both its product offering in Canada, as well as on scaling its currency options to provide Canadian Dollars ($CAD).

The provider’s expansion into North America represents another step forward for the company.

David Hodkinson, CEO, said: "Pushing boundaries and being at the forefront of global gaming payments is the main goal of Xace. Being able to now serve the Canadian gaming market, especially at the time of the Ontario Gaming License was important and we are delighted to be expanding in this way."

CBO Andria Evripidou added: “I am hugely proud to be launching our services and accounts in Canada. With all the recent developments in the financial and gaming ecosystem, Canada became an unmissable opportunity for Xace. I look forward to welcoming Canadian customers to our platform."

Xace represents an alternative to traditional high street banks for gaming firms all around the world, as it provides named accounts that are ideal for the gaming industry.

Thanks to this expansion, Canadian operating customers (or those who operate with $CAD) can receive, pay with and convert $CAD into more than eight alternative currencies including GBP, EUR, and USD.

This will facilitate the global gaming operation alongside the Ontario licence.
