Ocean’s Season of Giving, which was inaugurated last winter, has returned to recognise and assist several non-profit businesses in and around the Atlantic City region. Ocean will be providing more than $40,000 in gifts, assistance and donations aimed at several causes of community concern such as food insecurity, homelessness, youth support, education, family services and health and wellness.
The resort will be giving a total of over $2m in gaming promotions and charitable donations, on top of opening its holiday pop-up site Jingle Bell Bar and announcing international pop-rockets Duran Duran.
As part of the New Year celebrations, Ocean will be hosting a Duran Duran concert at the Ovation Hall on Friday, 30 December.
In addition to that, the circus troupe Cirque Dreams Holidaze will also be present at the Ovation Gall on Sunday, 11 December, performing a Broadway-style musical infused with contemporary circus artistry featuring extravagant costumes, breathtaking acts, singers, original music and seasonal favourites to celebrate Thanksgiving, Hannukkah, Christmas and New Year’s all in one.
Bill Callahan, General Manager for Ocean Casino Resort commented: "As we reflect and celebrate a successful 2022 summer season where Ocean introduced over $85m in new property development, we are equally committed to investing back into the local community and our valued team members and customers who truly make this property what it is.
"We are excited to be ending the year on a high note with entertainment at Ovation Hall along with the return of our wildly popular Jingle Bell Bar."
