Games now available on 888.it, part of 888 Holdings, include Wanted Dead or a Wild, Joker Bombs and Hand of Anubis.
Hacksaw noted that other Italian operators are expected to go live with its games before the end of the year, with more expected to come in the first quarter of 2023. The group, reflecting on research from Statistica, added that the Italian gambling market generated over €15bn ($15.98bn) in GGR in 2021.

The group has been expanding significantly in recent times, gaining licences in the likes of Romania, Spain, the Isle of Man and Ontario this year. The company is set to launch in the US in the first quarter of 2023, having been granted a provisional licence for the region in November 2022.
