Called Everi Compliance, the technology will be used to support the British Columbia Lottery’s gaming and online operations, which includes its lottery, casino, bingo and online gaming verticals.
Everi Compliance is currently deployed at over 600 gaming properties.
EVP and FinTech Business for Everi, Darren Simmons, said: "Everi is committed to adapting to customer needs as the industry changes and creates exciting new opportunities.
“British Columbia Lottery has prioritised high levels of compliance as part of the continued expansion of their fast-growing gaming operations in casinos and online platforms across British Columbia. Our RegTech solutions are designed for a wide variety of applications, and we are proud to have been chosen to support British Columbia Lottery’s critical AML programme."
The new agreement between Everi and British Columbia Lottery extends their existing partnership, with Everi supplying the lottery operator with land-based and online slot content throughout British Columbia.
This includes Everi Digital, Everi’s online division, which is the largest provider of three-reel stepper products to British Columbia Lottery’s PlayNow.com online casino.
Per the deal, land-based casinos can now engage with patrons off-site by offering a branded retail credit card comprising integrated rewards and customised perks.
Offered as part of Everi’s digital CashClub Wallet technology, gaming establishments can “easily create greater engagement with patrons both at their hotels, shows, restaurants, and the casino floor – while also maintaining that engagement and incentivising patron loyalty in their everyday experiences,” the company stated.
