Per the updated deal, PlayAGS will provide the iGaming platform with a range of online game content, to grow the operator’s online gaming operations.

Caesars Sportsbook & Casino players in New Jersey will also be given access to over 30 land-based slot games from PlayAGS’ interactive content library. These titles include Capital Gains, Rakin’ Bacon!, Gold Wins Deluxe and Tiger Lord.

In September 2022, a proposed merger between PlayAGS and Inspired Entertainment fell through, after the former rejected a $370m bid from Inspired.
The supplier’s rebuttal of this offer was followed by strong Q3 2022 results, in which its revenue from 16% year-on-year. For the quarter, PlayAGS equipment sales totalled $21.6m.
