Butler National Corporation subsidiary Butler National Service Corporation was awarded a contract to manage the Boot Hill Casino & Resort in Dodge City, Kansas in 2008.
The appointment was made by the company’s Board, with the establishment of the COO position coming amid a corporate organisational structure change.
A provider of professional management services in the gaming industry and heavily involved in special mission aircraft modifications, Butler National has employed Reedy in various roles since 2000, with the executive appointed to the Secretary position in 2005. The group noted that he has extensive experience in both areas that Butler National covers due to his past role as Vice President and Secretary for the Corporation.
Reedy holds a Bachelor’s Science in Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
Leadership of each of the Butler National operating subsidiaries will report to the COO, with the COO reporting to the CEO, as well as being responsible for shareholder relations.

He is a valuable resource for the Corporation.”
