Vella brings knowledge from her prior positions as CMO of BetPawa, CEO of the tech and iGaming venture capitalist Optimizer Invest, and from Betsson Group, where she served as Managing Director of the multi-market brand Betsson.com.
In her new position, Vella will oversee managing Neatplay’s overall strategy to develop into a venture builder, and extensive technical and operational partner for entrepreneurs looking to establish innovative iGaming brands in new markets. She will also be responsible for the operation and financial performance of Neatplay.
On her appointment, Vella said: “I’m delighted and honoured to be appointed as CEO for Neatplay at such an exciting time. The opportunities for innovation are limitless and, with the right partners, our reach is borderless.
“I look forward to introducing and nurturing new partners and working alongside highly talented colleagues to innovate even further on Neatplay’s existing impressive technology stack.”
He previously worked as Chief Business Officer at Digitain and has been a regular Gambling Insider interviewee. He is responsible for directing Sport Generate’s strategic direction and delivering the market’s live sports, esports, virtuals, and odds feed products.
